Another program on your computer is already taking the port 7985. This is the same port Access Reporter tries to use.
We don’t know of any programs that take this port other than ours.
To see if that port is taken, go into command prompt (start -> run -> cmd), then run "netstat -n" and have a look to see if nothing is connected to the port 7985
The next step is to try to close all you’re applications and windows services and try starting Access Reporter. The port should be free at this stage and access reporter should start.
Once started then try to open the rest of your services and applications until one does not work.
