Question: Do I need to upsize system fields that Access Replication added?
If you are using Access replication, you should delete all the old system fields that Access Replication added.
They are not used by SQL Server and you waste space by leaving them there.
Access replication fields have names like 's_GUID', 's_*', 'Aen_Note' and 'Gen_Note'.
